Application:

In the frond part protection of the power system, install among the LPZ0, LPZ1, and LPZ2 surfaces, bleed part of the energy, and limit the overvoltage in a certain range.

Operating Principle:

Under normal circumstance, the SPD is in a high impedance condition, when the power grid line suffers the direct, indirect lightning stock or other instant overvoltage, in nanoseconds, the SPD can realize the low resistance conducting state, bleed the instant energy into the earth, meanwhile, limits the overvoltage in a protection level. When the instant overvoltage disappear, SPD return into the high impedance condition, thus do not affect the normal operation of the power grid line.
